The choice of the menu and the quality of the food are not sufficient to guarantee the success of a wedding or business lunch, also contributes decisively to the preparation of the table which must be appropriate to the menu and the occasion. The preparation of the session, dishes, cutlery and glasses, the centerpiece for a perfect Mise en Place, the composition of the menu, the combination with the other aspects that will characterize the event, in conclusion: the eye also wants its part. The designers of the table are there having to face an ambitious challenge every day: create solutions in which the taste of the palate marries that of aesthetics and the value of the ingredients is combined with that of the table setting. Fire has always been a symbol of strength and energy. And so the candles have become over time a new 'result' of Katia's creative force. So a new project, accompanied by a KS brand: Katia Santamaria plays with light creating a soft and welcoming atmosphere. Each creation is curated by KS and its staff through the use of different materials: glass, porcelain, plaster enriched with dried fruit, flowers, made with essential oils that emit a natural perfume suitable to awaken different sensations and emotions and thus tell the essence of every occasion. Candles are a wonderful way to celebrate birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, degrees are also an elegant way to add that final touch to any room in the house. A gift to make to tell your personality but also a perfect gift and a nice surprise for anyone who receives it! The candle has thus become an object that Katia uses and "exploits" in her settings because she is able to tell the spirit of the event with her details. And every event is unique, therefore every single creation handcrafted will be unique, conceived and developed by Katia with the support of her team, to fill spaces with light and heat: from the table to the garden, from our living rooms to the kitchens, from the corners of the sugared almond to the illuminations that, suffused, they will give light to the details of each occasion to be immortalized. | Katia works step by step. The set-up must involve every place touched by the spouses, which must therefore be studied in its characteristics. Drawings, spray, sketches will be a prelude to the final work to better plan every detail.
The first meetings will be useful to get to know each other and to understand the spirit that animates the couple. Then, after the choice of materials, we will move on to the planning of the set-up. All guided by Katia based on the clues that the bride and groom will provide. E, as we said, we proceed by giving space to ideas that will then become the plot of the event to be told made of details each in relation to the other. The goal is to create a common thread, a rouge file that will accompany every nuance of the day. And to touch the idea, Katia decided to accompany and guide the couple through the moodboard: a story in images of what will be the spirit of the wedding to be set up. It is the visual and tactile representation of the identity of the project, it is the concept of the event which will then be developed through the concrete preparation of the various details of the wedding. A conceptual map, for wedding designers and newlyweds, never lose sight of the common thread of the love story to be told through Katia's creative art. And so the moodboard will be a set of images, prototypes, drafts and drawings, with the aim of visually representing our feelings and our vision with respect to a project. A visual representation is often stronger than a thousand written words. For this reason, Katia uses the moodboard as an ideal tool to show customers the vision of the creative concept and let them savor in advance, the sensations related to it. |
